The valve opening position is intuitively indicated by the high-strength plastic indicator panel of the JMG series valve gearbox. Additionally, in contrast to other suppliers, JIMAI has implemented a 90-degree dial measure on the surface, which facilitates the comprehension of valve positions. JIMAI offers SS316 material for handwheels and other external fasteners as alternatives to accommodate varying working conditions.

The worm and gear, which are the most critical components of the gearbox, are processed by JIMAI. This is of greater significance. In this scenario, the fitting from the JMG series valve gearbox provides a superior connection, which will prevent any latency during operation. The quenched worm gear of the JMG manual gear operator is composed of carbon steel, whereas the worm gear is composed of ductile iron. This combination provides a higher level of efficacy and wear resistance in the gearbox. The sealing plate of this manual gear operator is constructed from rubber material, which provides exceptional protection against precipitation and dust.
