Lever operated ball valve is special designed ball valve using lever to do the operation process. The valve stem is lifted to the highest limit position and the ball spins to the completely open position in the fully open position. When you move the lever in the opposite direction to shut, the valve stem descends and the ball emerges from the valve seat to begin rotating. Mechanically, the angular plane at the bottom of the valve stem wedges and presses the ball, forcing it to press snuggly against the valve seat and producing a perfect seal. The single valve seat design of lever operated ball valve minimizes the possibility of the medium in the valve cavity compromising the valve's safety during operation due to an excessive pressure increase.
